"I was amazed at how easy it was to make small changes that have had such a profound effect in my life. When I first joined the Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp, I was skeptical that I could actually make any change, but I'm already seeing results from taking small steps.
At the beginning, I joined the live calls from my office. Now that I am better able to manage my own time and the time of my team members, just 8 weeks later I can make it home for the group calls. I initially thought my teammates would be resentful of me as I changed my way of working. In fact, they are very complimentary of how respectful I am of their time and how much more efficient I am.
This program will show you why you're feeling stuck as well as how to take back control of your career."

"I fall into the same traps with each new job. I found the Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp to be very valuable in helping me assess the reasons why I do so. It also provided tools to help me examine my core values, how I set boundaries, how to identify the appropriate tasks to take responsibility for in my work as well as how to evaluate my circle of influencers.
It has impacted me and my interactions with others well beyond my career. I found it provided really important "life lessons" and tools that you may otherwise never have the opportunity to come across, allowing you to evaluate and improve every aspect of your life. After you've been through TCCB, you will have a new way of looking at how and why you act/react to everything around you in terms of your personal values and standards."

"I was a little hesitant about being part of a group call when I first learned about the Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp. However, while participating in the program, I found sharing experiences with peers in different companies and industries extremely helpful and insightful."
"I joined to figure out whether a career change would be right for me. But moments into the first session, I realized that it was so much more. The Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp enabled me to better articulate my thoughts and understand my behavior resulting in increased self-awareness. I was amazed to discover how this impacted not only my professional life but my personal life as well. The TCCB experience has put me in touch with my own ability to look inside and make changes to achieve personal and professional growth."
"I am far clearer on my personal and professional boundaries and have learned to take nothing personally - this is just business. The Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp was an extremely eye-opening experience that provided me with a better sense of myself, who I am, and where I want and need to go, both professionally and personally.
I have taken simple, little steps so far - small changes to everyday routines, limiting unnecessary "noise" from news media, etc. to help me think differently about work and alleviate my frustrations. I appreciated the camaraderie of others experiencing the same challenges I face."

"The Taking Control of Your Career Bootcamp was really helpful not just from a career standpoint but even as a general guide for how to navigate through different situations. When I first started TCCB, I really didn't think I had a lot of options, based on what I had heard from others. But this experience helped me realize that what 'they' say doesn't really matter. Slowly I'm starting to see how I make automatic assumptions about what I 'should' or 'shouldn't' do, both at work and outside work, and I've been learning to challenge my thinking.
I found it helpful to hear what others were experiencing. A lot of what we discussed was pretty eye-opening, and it's made me rethink how I conduct myself at work and even in social settings. So far, I've been taking small steps, changing small things to keep reminding myself that I'm in a transitional phase--it's helped keep me more focused on changing how I go through my day and motivated me by helping me remember when I've felt that I was doing really well.
I learned that I have more control than I thought by understanding what is controlling and driving my thoughts and actions."
